General TOS
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Binding Agreement
DO NOT commission from me if you do not accept the terms.2. Payment
I will only take real currency through PayPal or Ko-Fi as payment. Any other forms of payment will not be accepted.
Total amount to be paid is specified in GBP £.
Payment must be 100% upfront or a 50/50 plan (e.g. first 50% after the sketch, final 50% after completion) if applicable. The payment schedule has to be mutually agreed on before work commences.3. Right to Accept Commissions
I have the right to deny any commission requests that I decide I am uncomfortable with. Persistence will cause you to be blacklisted/blocked.4. No NSFW Art
I will NOT draw NSFW art. Suggestive content may be tolerated, I will judge what is suitable and what I feel comfortable drawing.5. References
If any reference sheets are required for the commission, they MUST be as clear as possible.6. Use of My Artworks
You are free to post any of my artworks but you MUST NOT remove my signatures. DO NOT claim/trace any of my artworks.7. No Discriminatory Behaviour
If you support; racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, RCTA/ECTA, or any other of that sort, I will not interact and accept commissions from you.8. Refund Policy
Be certain of the commission and avoid cancelling, I may only give partial or full refunds depending on how far I am into the artwork.
You have the right to request for a refund if insignificant progress has been made within a reasonable time or work is incomplete within the suggested time frame.9. Artwork Changes
Please avoid requesting difficult changes, especially nearing completion. Any changes required should be brought up during the sketch process. Significant revisions requested after the sketch phase may be subject to additional payment.10. Estimated Completion Time
The time taken for me to complete an artwork is undefined but will be discussed when you commission me. A 'rush fee' may be implemented if you wish to receive the artwork as soon as possible.11. NO Use of AI
DO NOT use any of my artworks for AI guidance or training.

Artwork will be sent digitally via your preferred platform / what you contacted me on after I receive the final payment.

Traditional Commissions TOS
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Delivery
If you wish to only receive the artwork digitally, it will be sent as an image via your preferred platform / what you contacted me on after I receive the final payment.
If you wish to receive the work physically, a method of delivery must be mutually agreed on before I begin the artwork. You are obliged to bear any costs incurred by the delivery, such as postal costs, etc.
I will not be held accountable for your loss of access to the agreed delivery method or other technical obstacles outside of my control.2. Product Preservation
It is your sole responsibility to store and preserve the product properly. I will not reimburse you for loss or destruction of the artwork due to negligence.
